In this policy, ‘Parga Beach Resort’ refers to Parga Beach S.A. and its affiliated companies, including, but not limited to, its subsidiaries operating under the names Parga Beach Resort and Parga Beach S.A., as they may exist from time to time. The terms ‘we’ and ‘Parga Beach Resort’ do not include third-party hotel owners or third parties involved in service delivery; however, we have requested that such hotel owners and third-party suppliers adhere to the terms of our Privacy Protection Policy.
In this policy, personal information refers to information about you that is personally identifiable, such as your name, address, email address or phone number, and that is not publicly available or part of your work identification.
It also includes information on guest preferences and usage when supplied to or recorded by Parga Beach Resort in the course of conducting business with an individual.
The Privacy Protection Policy does not apply to information related to Parga Beach Resort’s corporate customers. However, such information is safeguarded through other Parga Beach Resort policies, practices and contractual arrangements.

Contact forms are stored in our system for a reasonable period, up to maximum of one (1) year, for security reasons and to enhance service quality.
